Sarah Gager

Attorney

Attorney Gager is a graduate of Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. During her studies at Western New England University, she successfully represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in a number of criminal proceedings as a part of a Criminal Law clinic.

Attorney Gager worked in Massachusetts for firms specializing in real estate and personal injury before she opened her own firm in Springfield, Massachusetts which focused on family law and real estate. She spent most of her time working as court appointed representation in Department of Social Services cases for either parents or children. Attorney Gager worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

In 2007, Attorney Gager relocated to New London. She was raised in New London and she wanted to return home. Attorney Gager went to work for a Firm specializing in Workers Compensation, further enhancing and broadening her knowledge of the Law. Attorney Gager spent five years representing Employers interests in Worker's Compensation cases.

Matta and Gager formed in 2012. Attorney Gager’s area of law shifted to Real Estate and Probate Law. Specifically Attorney Gager focused on Residential Real Estate, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Decedents Estates.

Audra Carlson

Office Manager

Audra is the first person you will meet when you call or walk into Gager Law. In her role as “Chaos Coordinator”, she manages the office, billing, and day-to-day operations at Gager Law. Audra joined our previous firm, Matta and Gager as Office Manager in July of 2019. Audra came to Gager Law with 20 years of retail experience, including a senior management position with a multi-national retailer. During her time working in retail, Audra gained unparalleled management experience and became a respected manager. Her employer, direct reports, and customers appreciated and respected Audra’s dedication to excellence, and commitment to customer service.

Audra uses the skills she developed in the retail vertical to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, and to supply compassionate aid to people in need. Audra’s passion to serve others dates to a time when she volunteered with the Special Olympics. Through this experience, Audra found helping others to be fulfilling and purposeful. Audra enjoys her role as “Chaos Coordinator” because it provides her with engaging work that supplies value to our clients.

Outside of the office, Audra enjoys hiking, camping, and unplugging from chaos with yoga.
